Abstract

The Roerich Pact and documents of international law for the protection of cultural heritage formed the subject of philosophical research. The purpose of the study is to analyze the genesis of international law in the context of world civilizational processes. The author applies interdisciplinary research methods. The author of the article highlights the strategic social and spiritual and moral dimensions of the idea of N.K. Roerich, embedded in the concept of the Pact. The author makes proposals for a draft new UN convention, taking into account modern realities.
