The ecology of human life is unattainable without attention to the aspect of embodiment. This article presents the results of a phenomenological study of “I” and “body” relation. Based on the person-centered approach and grounded theory, a graphic model was created. It reflects the key categories and emphasizes the importance of identification of the self in relation to embodiment as an ecology of life practice. When interpreting the results, the Russian psychology elaborations are additionally applied.
