Article is devoted to the analysis of differene between spiritual developement of human being in the structures of classical civilization and situation of postcivilisation. It is the situation of existence of the truth in “other place”. Presented analysis of truth of Russian civilization between West and East. Phenomen heterotopia is analised from the point of dissimilation of final end of historical evolution as illusion of utopia, as the beginning of distruction of Reason and universal moral idea, as factors of selfexistence of humanity. The information paintings of reality evaluats as construction of facts with special purposes. Different forms of extremism, and its influence on the of personality are presented as the phenomenon of heterotopia.
