The paper presents some results of researching semantic perception of voiced texts (on the Russian material) by subjects. The materials used for the analysis were monological fragments taken from authentic everyday dialogues (the «scattered text» method), as well as monologues from spoken speech databases in presence of pink noise escalation (-14, -16, -18, -20 dB). Semantic perception of the text is a complex perceptual, thought and mnemic activity of the human being. Still there is no theory revealing the essence of this phenomenon. This research includes two experiments allowing determining the possibility to reconstruct original texts and to evaluate their semantic perception using the method of semantic predications (Dridze T.M.) and the rhetoric structure theory (RST) method.
