Abstract

On the basis of a broad philosophical understanding of electronic culture, the article substantiates the relevance of the concept of smart culture covering a number of values and behavioral patterns within the socio-psychological approach to information security. The paper considers the consumer culture of blogger / network prosumerism in the promotion of beauty products, as well as the role of state and social institutions, channels of social communication and self-organization in enhancing smart culture.
