Post-non-classical idea of scientific rationality assumes inclusion of subjects in interpretation of knowledge. Knowledge becomes inseparable from the subjects who make it. Implicit (personal) knowledge and active forms of knowledge organization acquire relevance. This representation of knowledge is connected with the issue of «virtual immortality» of knowledge creators. The paper considers approaches to the most topical issues surrounding the organization of virtual immortality in electronic culture.
